Notification of incoming messages
There doesn't seem to be a notification to indicate how many unread chat other than the grey numerical label on the unread chat itself. I would have thought the bell button on the top right would indicate to me all the notifications today - which would be helpful but turns out that was only internal updates about sleekflow. Reason I'm pointing this out is because I missed few messages from clients yesterday as there were too many and those unread msg got pushed to the bottom of the chat list. So what I am asking for is really 2 things: 1) better reminder of unread messages, a function where i can just click to see unread msg? 2) better notification display of who chatted with me today, etc. similar to the notification list you will see on facebook or instagram

Note can be pinned under contact info
It would be nice if we don't need to search history for the Note. Maybe adding free text under contact info can be help? also please allowing edit or delete note.

PDF preview
接收或發送PDF檔案時,希望能跟Whatsapp一樣能看到icon與預覽畫面。 使用上會更加便利。對於客戶傳來什麼樣的檔案,能夠先粗略看到,不用等到下載才能開啟。

Allow a better management for labels. Support folders. Or, show all lables even in inbox instead of just 3 for each chat.

Internal note section for each chat
Instead of typing internal messages within the same chat display, can there be a separate box for notes or descriptions of the specific chat / client? This way it can lower the risk of typing something wrong by accident and sent to the client. Also more importantly, all the notes are categorised in 1 location rather than the need to to scroll up and down to find it

多位agent都可看到的聊天室, 未讀訊息能否區隔?
多位Agent都能看到的聊天室, 是否能當作類似多人聊天是那樣, 其中一位Agent已閱讀訊息, 但對另一位agent還沒點進聊天室來說,還是顯示該聊天室有未讀訊息? 這樣比較不會發生因為有1位agent讀過, 該聊天室對所有人都顯示為已讀, 其他Agent就會因此忽略該聊天室 因為無法分清楚是不是自己已讀/未讀

使用者權限的新需求
因為我們有後勤��援人員,他們並不會直接負責某些客戶,而是隨時在某些行政程序上要直接發訊息通知客戶,而不能等委任者發@內部訊息來開啟48小時的觀看權。 這類角色,又不能給他們所有管理者的設定權限。 所以希望能新增一種使用者職位,類似support,是「可以看所有對話,但沒有管理者的設定權限」。
