We will first launch a "collaborator" feature in 2-3 weeks, in which more than 1 person can be assigned to a single conversation, and receiving notifications.
Secondly, we advise each person to mark a conversation as unread if they clicked in a conversation that is not assigned to him.
As for "unread" for each agent, this could impact the performance of the software hence require better planning.
