Hello Sleekflow, this feature is important on a training / coaching purpose. By allowing multiple assignees , managers or teammates can "follow" the conversation to solve customer queries together. If needed, the manager can jump in and help to answer too. Thanks !!

1) Does the manager want to receive all notifications for the conversations he "followed"?
2) Will it have a time limit for how long he can "follow" a conversation?

  1. Yes, the manager wants to get the notifications from all convo that he follows (ideally including all the customer replies). Would also be great to have an option that he can follow a specific channel or all channels.
  2. It would be great if he can follow the convo permanently as many sales convo are ongoing ones. By setting the time as permanent, the manager himself would not miss out any message. Of course if the manager is overloaded with messages, it’s great to have an option that he can choose to “unfollow” convo. To start with, a 48h following window can help a lot!
With managers overseeing the messages, I believe these convo can be used as a great training and coaching tool for the team :) and managers can use them to set more FAQ & enhance customer service!
